GIRLS TEAM

Tiffaney coaches levels 4 through 10 and elite. So contact us to set an appointment if you are interested in trying out. This team concentrates on serious training methods and a commitment is required. Space is limited for this team. All team coaches are USAG members and safety certified.

We also have a YLGA Team B, coached by Lindsay Lucas. This team is competitive as well. Hours and days are different than the above team. This team consists of Level 4-5 gymnasts. Contact us if you are interested in trying out for our team B.  All team coaches are USAG members and safety certified.

LEVEL 4/5 Team A – These is our beginning competitive team group coached by Tiffaney Henry.

REC TEAM 4/5 Team B – These is also a competitive beginning team group coached by Lindsay Lucas.

LEVEL 5/6 Team A - This is the next advanced compulsory group coached by Tiffaney Henry

OPTIONAL TEAM (Levels 7-10, elite) This is our optional team coached by Tiffaney Henry.
